Noni (Morinda citrifolia) is a fruit with medicinal properties that has been traditionally valued. Today, it has become a popular superfood around the world thanks to its numerous health benefits, ranging from improving the immune system to reducing pain and inflammation. From various parts of the noni plant, a wide variety of products are obtained, including noni powder, which is produced by dehydrating and grinding the fruit. Noni powder is a food that can be very beneficial to health, especially with regard to cardiovascular health.

Experimental studies support the properties of noni in the reduction of high blood pressure thanks to the component called scopoletin. Which together with serotonin regulates sleep, hunger and body temperature. In addition, it has been shown that its consumption can reduce LDL cholesterol levels and increase cholesterol levels, which is crucial for heart health. Noni powder can also improve endothelial function in patients with cardiovascular risk factors. Keep in mind that endothelial function is associated with the ability of blood vessels to dilate and contract properly. Therefore, the consumption of noni powder would be beneficial for both the heart and the arteries.

Other benefits of noni consumption are that it has an anticancer effect. A study found that damnacanthal, a natural compound extracted from the root, has antitumor, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties, and is responsible for neutralizing the carcinogenic effects on cells by preventing the development of tumors. Also, the consumption of noni powder can be potentially useful in the treatment and/or chemoprevention of liver cancer or hepatocellular carcinoma.

Noni powder also contains the compound proxeronine, which together with proxeroninase, an enzyme present in the body, forms xeronine. This is responsible for stimulating cell regeneration, decreasing premature aging and helping to repair cell damage in various organs as a result of diabetes or cancer. It also helps to enlarge the pore size of tumor cells allowing anti-cancer drugs to enter the cells more easily.

In summary, noni powder is a highly nutritious and health-promoting food, especially with regard to cardiovascular health and cancer prevention or treatment. As a company dedicated to the sale of superfoods, we are committed to offering high quality products to our customers so that they can enjoy the health benefits of consuming noni powder.
